Team Member BIO - Mathilde Fullerton, MSc Podiatry, MRCPod. HCPC Registered.
Mathilde is the newest member of the South West Podiatry Team, having joined in October 2022 and consults from the Earlsfield clinic. She graduated with a Masters in Podiatry from the University of Brighton where she was selected for the Council of Deans of Health Student Leadership Programme. She has also volunteered in the Medical Tent at the London Marathon treating acute running injuries.
Mathilde has a keen interest in total health, having previously graduated with a First Class Bachelors with Honours in Biology from the University of Bath. This included a year in industry where she spent a year at the Centre for Drug Development at Cancer Research UK.
At South West Podiatry, her focus is the biological and biomechanical underpinning of podiatric conditions and musculoskeletal pathologies, and their evidence based treatments. She is particularly excited to work with the expert and friendly podiatrists in clinic, concentrating on gait analysis, sports injuries, nail surgery and orthotic therapy.
In her spare time Mathilde enjoys keeping active, cold water swimming and good food with friends.
