Hi Liam. Hope you are well.
Claire White here I worked and met with you several times when you worked with Crystal Palace Physio. You treated my daughter charlotte’s feet for a while to clear up her corns. I’m not sure if you remember us?
I have a patch of corns on my right outer foot which are becoming quite painful and I wondered if this is something you could help me out with please?
    Thank you
    Claire

Hi, I’ve had what I thought was plantar fasciitis since December 2021. I was training for the Cambridge half marathon in March 2022 so I ignored the pain and the evening before the half marathon my feet were really painful, but I thought I could run the half marathon and have a couple of weeks rest afterwards. I haven’t been able to run since. I now have arthritis in both big toe joints, the worst being my left foot. I care for my husband who has Parkinson’s disease and Parkinson’s Disease Dementia, and exercising is my stress relief. We also live in a town house so I’m on my feet a lot. I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with recovery, even with orthotics in my shoes from a podiatrist and running shoes (I’m only walking at the moment) designed specifically for hallux rigidus. I really need to get the right diagnosis as even walking the dog is uncomfortable and I can’t afford for my feet to let me down. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
